To understand any process you'll need to look into quantum mechanics, which is why I suggested Einsteins General & Special theories of relativity. Electricity cannot yet be explained, but you're using it right now & take for granted that when you turn your computer or lights on they work. Energy is protons, electrons & neutrons, which vibrate and attract each other to form atoms, which are the building blocks of all we know.
