  • Paul's comments on forensic righteous, being declared righteous. Means that the new creation life whom we have is not complelely righteous, nonsense. Christ was born perfectlty righteous it was not improved upon by obeying law. If the new Nature within is not completely righteous how does it get improved ?. And if my righteouness comes from Christ obeying and working the law, I'm saved by law and works, nonsense. The righteousness Christ gives is the righteousness He was born with of God

  • I've heard Paul Washer over the years. And two years ago I would have agreed with you. But Washer without a doubt and with no mistake does preach heresy and Lordship Salvation now. I've listened to his hour and a half sermons particularly a lot over the last few months. It isn't a misunderstanding and why is it Washers critics keep growing and Baptist churches such as my own have declared him to be a heretic?

  • @smokeysport2

    I too have listened to him for over 6 yrs now, yes he does preach Lordship Salvation, but LS is not heresy. If his critics keep growing then I would say, Joh 3:19... and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. If your church has declaries him a heretic then I would say, 2Ti 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

Also listen to my videos on Gordon H. Glark Sanctification if you reject Washer then you must reject Clark, they are teaching the same thing,

  • Excellent Video......

  • I would say that not only is imputation implied but it is stated in different words and in different ways that are clear and undeniable. But we know that M. desires to find error, even imagines it where it is not. Christ is the great object of our faith they have made a proposition into the object of their faith. By this, they deny our Lord and Savior and reject the imputation of his righteousness. They can scream all they want about the word imputation but they do not partake of it.

  • @clausewitz777

    Amen

  • I stopped watching RB's videos, a while ago, so they can't get to me :-)

Except now I'm getting it second hand. . . lol.

    God bless.

  • lol........I'm removed to reading your comment

  • There is a legal justification that is the grounds of our acceptance. But don't forget (and Washer teaches this, too) that if a person still has a disobedient heart (similar to the unbeliever) that causes a person to be carnal then that person is not born-again. The new birth produces righteouness not just belief. Although not perfect righteousness. The child of God will work hard to do what is right. And they will hate sin and mortify their flesh. This is what most "Christians" fail to do

  • While it's very important to have a proper understanding of God's Word it is also important to treat all of our brothers & sisters in Christ with respect. None of us agree with anyone else 100% but let us not make a mountain out of a mole hill on some of the minor differences we might have. Debate is fine up to a certain degree, but lets try to be civil about it and stop the name calling. BTW, I enjoyed Paul Washer's message in this video. He sounds Holy Spirit filled to me.

i totally agree, but the problem is, he claims washer preaches another Gospel...therefore its a huge difference and argument on the grounds where one can stop calling another one a brother. i disagree with monty, but im just a papist to him due to my stance with washer =(

  • Paul Wash is not perfect and Monty is not perfect.

  • I agree with you on this one, 1689Baptist. Although I think RedBeetle has made valid criticisms of Washer in the past, I think he's being unnecessarily nit-picky here. I agree that the doctrine of imputation is implied in his statement on justification.

  • Do you really care what RedBeetle says? Good message from Washer, however...thanks for sharing.

  • antipelagian

I dont care, although it makes me mad, this is for those that might be swayed by him.

    God Bless

  • Many have been swayed by him.

  • Frankly I too am getting real tired of people trying to destroy Paul Washer. It's almost as if they're jealous or something.

  • It frustrates me too... RedBeetle would not reason things out... anyway, thanks for your video
