quickest way to do it is tip the thing but always tip it backwards do not tip on its side or oil will clog up the filter and it wont start and dont tip on exhaust side or if it does start it will smoke like fuck and you will spend about half an hour cleaning the plug

Don't put your finger on the end of the pipe!!! The bulb has a one way valve in it, simple as that. It will only work in one direction. How did this guy get a degree in anything!!!

His idea is the smartest, you could also use your mouth to suck it out and THEN let gravity drain it. Some other's use a legit pump, another way is a syringe-type tube.

this is dumb all you really have to do is get a hose stick it in the tank.. suck on the other end until the gas almost reaches your mouth then stick it in the storage container
