Ok, here's another made-up promo, Stefano has been sucked into a time-warp, and Landed in Salem in the year 2027, Will he get back to his own time?, Find out on the Adventures of The Days Of Our Lives Gang.....Next.
wow. i clicked on this..... and a whole flood of memories came back. its interesting how the human mind works. i remembered all those images, the marvel post bumper, the jim henson thing. very cool
@Stevoman1995 yes, that was indeed Spiderman but, what was he doing there? Maybe Marvel helped pay for the show. Makes sense, considering they went to his world in an episode once. Anybody remember that?
@PKMN37 Marvel Productions co-produced the show w/Jim Henson Productions and that was Marvel's CGI logo at the time w/Spider-man, Marvel's most famous icon
If they did that today, Garfield would have to say "Don't you just hate it when they shrink the credits at the end of the show to make room for more plugs and promos?"
I love this Jim Henson logo when the letters fell off after Kermit placed the sign. me too with priceright89. this is one of my favorite Jim Henson logos.
I remember this outro.=) I liked it when Kermit hangs up the sign and the letters fall off.XD Were there any short muppet babies clips after the credits sometimes? I would appreciate it if someone posted those short clips. :)
livinlarge: Good luck. Jim tried it and now, they've seperated, hence why Kermit is now considered a "guest star" whenever his Street episodes are reran. And sadly, with company mergers and corporate greed swallowing everything, I doubt we'd get the quality and care now that we got when we were kids.
And Pee-wee's Playhouse, too. Gad, how I loved that show. I also remember end-credits commentary at the end of that show, too, usually about Garfield and Friends (sometimes with Garfield himself commentating), which in those days would have come right after Pee-wee's Playhouse.
I'm guessing this one came after Pee-wee's Playhouse went off the air. I love that show. That show came out in 1992, after Pee-wee's Playhouse left the airwaves in 1991.
Garfield rocks in this closing. Better than Bill Murray. Also, this is the 1990-1991 credits, and it doesn't zoom out at the beginning with Kermit and Piggy like on the 1987 credits.

Now that Marvel and the Muppets are Disney property... When I was 4, I was like, "Bye-bye, Spider-Man".

Hmm, the credits from 1991. Wait is that the date of Jim Henson's passing?
Man, it's too bad he passed away that time. I love Muppet Babies.
Still one of the best 1980's toons around. GREAT UPLOAD!

Grimmy? Guessing Garfield is referring to the Mother Goose and Grimm cartoon?
That would put this at the tail end of 1991, and probably one of the last episodes to air on Saturday Mornings. If I'm not mistaken.

@PKMN37 Actually, Marvel had its own animation studio to which Jim licensed the Muppet Babies out for this show.

IMHO, Muppet Babies kicked ass between 1984-6. Wasn't quite the same 1987-1991. Just my opinion.

As much as I love Garfield and Lorenzo Music, I admit, I've always hated talking during the ending credits.
Anyway, I remember CBS saturday mornings with Muppet Babies and Garfield and Friends. Ahhh, those were the days.
