the most beautifull place on earth, on my Wushu school we say, it's a dream for every student to go there once in his life.... it's the biggest dream a student can accomplish
Soaking up the energy of this place on a daily basis must really be awsome for Chi kung/Nei gong practice, a place to actualize the mind and body to thier furthest potential possibilities. What more could you ask for .
sorry for over-replying, but, Wudang mountain is just one of many "energy centers" around the world. Here in the United States, owing to its proximity to a faultline, the state of California, has a potent torrent of chi, problem is, Los Angeles is so badly polluted you can't really use it, I mean that IS a lot of tepid air you're breathing if you do Tai Chi in L.A.
not to mention it is the land that the Creator designated as the Holy Land...lol... but definitely... I wonder if it is possible to train here at wudang - or do you have to be a taoist monk to do so...
It is unfortunate, but, the eastern hemisphere DOES produce, for the most part, stronger willed people. The reason that is, is because believe it or not the earth itself generates "chi." There are more tectonic plates grinding with each other in the eastern hemisphere, overland, than in the americas, so the people in the east benefit more from constant bombardment of chi, which affects everything.
by far the most potent of all energy centers, is Israel. It is a literal torrent; anyone who visits Israel, will feel a profound sense of well-being, regardless of their life history, it is the divine power that saturates the very air in those lands, besides that fact, it was an important crossroads for the silk and spice roads, that is why it was so coveted.
perhaps God made the native americans strong, to compensate for the low levels of chi in the americas. I know this sounds silly, but, according to occultists, mystics, and shamans, the earth is "alive."
Part of the reason people who go to Israel generally don't want to leave, is the well-being the land itself gives. This is regardless of race. This is considere a myth in the west, but owing as to how the Hebrew people, those paternal descendants of Jacob, are the people "most like Adam," our flesh is formed from Israel's very soil, that is why we are more spiritually sensitive than other peoples. However you MUST come from Jacob; spiritual sensitivity, is inherited from the father.
In the United States, the best place to do Tai Chi, is San Francisco; it has a potent well of chi, and a large Chinese community, it is highly likely that the strongest master of Kung Fu in this country, likely lives there.
Great video, great music, great scenery! And I bet the pictures are nothing compared to seeing Wudangshan with your own eyes! I wanna go there every summer and winter vacation!!!!!
It might not be as you expect but Wudang is still awesome.Breath taking scenery everywhere you look.I was there in September, there are a lot of Chinese tourists nowadays.Still a great place to visit.

@SpikeNRoxi Yep. Drivers won't risk the journey, so you have to go up on foot. Easy if you're not an atrophied fatass.

Training in Israel will actually make you more powerful.
Most potent "energy center" on earth.
It has to be meditation and all that though.

Yup you can train there. Lots of groups online take western tourists to train for months at a time.

Earth's "energy spots," places where chi and mystical energies flow most strongly;
1) anywhere near a major tectonic plate's faultline. If you live near a faultline, there, the people will have a sense of general well-being.
2) High mountains, which are often the result of faultlines colliding with each other, that is why the Himalayas are a center of mysticism.
3) Heavily forested areas high in the mountains.
4) Finally Israel; ther is a HUGE torrent of energy there.
