3 mérő piros szalag , mérő is a unit but for liquid. That is the joke:)) so 3 mérő means nothing but sounds good.But you can translate as meter."ej" is an old hungarian conjuction. Means about "very much".

"piros szalag" : red ribbon but in this case is a tape measure. "nem ér körbe": means cant put it around her body cause the ribbon is short.

Marta is singin about a pregnant girl, who is trying to hide her baby but she cant cause the tape measure is short.
