I stand corrected that was a seat belt alarm. Certain truck will buzz like that until air pressure builds to an acceptable level. I spoke with a Lt over there that set me straight :-) sorry bud nice video!

That buzzer is not a seat belt alarm it is an air alarm. That truck has a slow air leak and until it recharges that buzzer goes off

Thanks... the buzzer is the seatbelt alarm.  The officer riding up front had his seatbelt off while he was packing up. That feature kinda sucks on that truck.
