Is your balance thing vestibular (inner ear related) or neurological? It almost sounds like you may have early onset PD, but without having evaluated you or even seen how you operate in daily living I'm obviously just guessing. The fact that you are going to PT is great news, though. Remember to do your HEP and do NOT be afraid to ask questions if you think you're doing something wrong!
