@chiocolatta finish watching the video, she tells you that they are the same notes... which is really pretty obvious by merely listening to the song. Also, she gives a small rendition of the song at the end which can help you figure out your times. Hope this helped :)

@BlackTights52 I guess you're part of the minority who still don't understand. I made this video 4 years ago when I did not have any knowledge in music theory. You can easily find the score if you must know the tempo.

I have heard the song plenty of times, I really think it's fantastic. This tutorial just is not correct. You can listen to the original bit at the beginning of this video and the way the author plays it, they're not the same.

Maybe I phrased my point badly, but I'd just expect a tutorial to be a tool for learning to play the original tune the way it is. Cmina shouldn't be offended by this, she did better than many other tutorial makers.

@JTrouper94 An octave is just 8 notes apart from each other. For example, count 8 whole tones up or down from C (a whole tone, sometimes called a major second is just going from one white key to the next), you will get to the next C key on the piano. That's an octave. It's called an 'oct'ave simply because it is 8 tones apart from each other, and 'oct' is the Latin (or Greek I'm not sure which) meaning of 8. Hope this helped!

you know this is the easy version, and its good when you sing with it. But there are such better partitures wich aren't that easy but so nice and you can play it in like 2 days of practise. And then it sounds like sooo much more better, and also with a singer.
