Actually if you actually look at Finland's system you will actually find a VOUCHER SYSTEM (the government pays for both private and public schools)! not a public union....

Also actually there really isn't equality if you give all the the power to one group to support equality, and when you really think about it there isn't logic behind their current system. If more money makes better students why do we have the some of the worst results and spend the most money of all industrialized nations?

The thing is a kid goes to a level and gets a bad teacher and doesnt learn anything. he goes to the next level and gets a goood teacher but cant learn, because the previous teacher sucked. You want better teachers , give them better pay.But also demand them at better standards
