I can't get over how well Neil Patrick Harris managed this role. When I heard he played Toby I HAD to look it up. Sweeney is one of my favorite musicals (especially with Depp as Todd) and NPH is one of my favorite actors (oh my good lord Doogie Howser) so I got very, very happy when the two were put together.
