  • The 90s will always be remebered for grunge, Clinton, and shoddy space cruisers...

  • The Eugenics Wars: Earth's last world war. Until about fifty years later.

  • Watching this in preparation for what some consider one of the greatest sci-fi movies of all time: Star Trek 2: The Wrath of Khan.

  • Kirk picks his feet in Phoughkeepsie, (as does Khan)

  • Thank you so much! :-) Seeing the original ads is really awesome

  • 6:30. Looks like she's painting a picture of Boba Fett.

Even SHE prefers SW to ST!

  • Transistors LOL. The people back in the 60's would have shit a brick to see an iphone today. And I don't remember the eugenics wars (ww3) back in the 90's, but I did drink a lot of alcohol back in those days. Good thing the U.S. won.

  • "I fail to understand why it always gives you pleasure to see me proven wrong." Awww, cute!

  • Thanks so much for this! I'm using this for my 1406 biology lab

  • We all dreaded the 90's with that world war and genocide.

  • Ahh, going to purchase some Viceroys.. The cool, crisp, sweet flavor of tobacco..

    LOL, JK

  • Where did you find these clips and how did you find out which commercials aired on that date?

  • @ForceMaximus84 it was easy i found the old green commercials here on youtube then i just watched them at a low speed on windows movie maker and sliced them together at the right minute.took me 2 weeks to get it just right

  • Looks like hell, but cool to see all the retro commercials. Thanks for posting.

  • The episode that set the stage for the movie

Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan

  • Whoever knew that in the 1990s, we had developed superhuman soldiers and sent them out into space, lol.

  • @Maximillionaire666 Oh course not. Only the blokes at area 51 who found there space ship missing and Gary Seven/Roberta Lincon

  • mcgivers was hot!!!!!!! So was ohura!!!!!

  • your welcome^_^

  • @nevetsnamffoc This is fantastic! Like a trip back in time! I remember 1967. I was in the 8th grade. Things were so primitive! Even the commercials! Color TV was fairly new, & Star Trek was so unbelievably advanced! Rodenberry genius! Me, my family, & half of my neighborhood watched it faithfully every week. The 3 networks ruled, because that's all there was. Only 3 TV channels! LOL Times have indeed changed, but not for the better, unfortunately. Thank you for the time travel!

  • @xbones101 your very welcome i hope you enjoy this video for many times to come

  • Thanks a lot for sharing! Especially for not cutting the original ads from 1967... a great piece of sci-fi history on youtube, thanks again!
