New York's top court Tuesday rejected AGAIN Dan Rather's breach-of-contract lawsuit against CBS. CBS spokeswoman Shannon Jacobs said the network was pleased with the outcome. Calls to Rather and to his lawyer were not immediately returned.
What a humiliating end to a tainted career. Rather spent his life debasing journalism, and now he just can't accept the reality that his own ego ruined him.
Nobody deserved it more than Dan. Here is his legacy.

Dan Rather's lawsuit was dismissed. Fuck Dan Rather! He's a commie-lib, sniveling opportunist who was a disgrace to journalism.
And now the court just affirmed that. His end was a fitting end for such a corrupt, left wing buffoon. Dan Rather willingly slandered W Bush in an unsuccessful effort to sway a national election.
What a pathetic attempt that backfired on his ass. Poetic Justice! Dan Rather left a real black eye on the industry he debased for far too long. Good Riddance!

Even Andy Rooney said "Dan Rather is transparently liberal." At the time of Memogate, Rather was still part of the Dinosaur Media. He insulted the intelligence of his audience and others by thinking he could get away with that ridiculous Memogate story. Let's not forget the four production people who were also fired at CBS for this BS story. I don't watch CBS because their too left leaning. You blew it Rather!

He helped by NOT reporting the "things" that were happening in Washington and the bedrooms of our sleazy professional politicans.... How about a REAL book.... Think of the inventions he failed to report on that could have helped the invironment... I say - hope he lives to complete the suit maybe we will see the press for what it real is - in bed with government. My beliefs......

The Bush administration had Dan fired for trying to get the word out about Bush being a DESERTER. He is a deserter, no question, and now he orders thousands to war. Cheney was defered 5 TIMES during Vietnam, and now he is VP.
