  • great job....your the first person i ever seen make a tip-up like that.i really like it.keep up the good work.just found your channel and i will be watching a few videos you have this afternoon.thanks !!!!!

  • Great kit but what lake is that i live in spokane and love to fish and bushcraft to

  • Nice vid from another fisherman, me, ps, I subbed ya. I'll stay tuned.

  • Hello Trevor, thanks for another great vid. I loved the Bear Grylls part...lol. Hope to see more vids soon.

    Regards from Brazil!!!

  • bear grills sucks...

  • Did you use some sort of firestarter like the blast match or cheat and use a lighter?

  • What would have been funny is when you got the first fish out and if it got off the line and went back in the hole lol.

  • but how would you make a hole if you were in a survival situation it would take a long time and a fair amount of energy depending how thick the ice is

  • @muskyslayer22 Very true, but I would find a rock or something to break through.. The reward would be worth it in my opinion

  • @gwynn1975 Be sure to use a lanyard when using tools to break through the ice. Ive lost ice breakers when fishing from having them slip out of my hands. If you leave the heads on the fish you will know when they are done cuz the eyes will turn white. Great vid man, I love the survival tip up.

  • @muskyslayer22 a trusty axe or hatchet would do the trich or you could take a cutting torch to an ice chisle atleast thats what i would do

  • Haha you forgot about the part where you bite the head off and spit it out! Haha.

Question though, with the straws did you just cut them and melt the edges?

  • Nice video thanks

  • That was totally awesome , will be definetly keeping this in my memory bang of tricks.

  • Awsome vids been watching your vids for a few hours now youve got a new sub out of me sorry it took me so long to come across your channel saw the m&p and maxpedition and iwas sold.

  • Ni have haters ? hell yeah good job man ;)

  • When u set ur line in the ice, do you hang your bait 2 feet from the bottom, or do you have a different method? Whatever it is, it works good haha... Nice vid...

  • @shawneegeek I run a 12-18 inch leader with floating power bait and rest the weight on the bottom.. So pretty close to what you were asking. Thanks for watching

  • That's awesome bro.. That is what its all about, using your equipment .

Great video !! I want some trout now......

  • What kind of gloves are those that you are wearing?
