Very articulate. The message resonates with plenty of books out there covering similar issues (e.g. "Seven habits of effective people", "How to get control of time and your life"....) . I would get motivated for a day or a week but then it's back to slacking. The problem is that some of us need a constant reminder/ push in motivating us or like you said, "one-two- punch" is something we need every now and then -- and that's why I'm subscribing to your videos. thanks for uploading.
