Yep, completely normal, i have a potbelly pig who is just over 2 months old, he does the exact same thing, especially when you scratch the belly.. they just like it so they flop over and basically are like "aaaah I could get used to this!!!" haha
Isn't this a neurological dysfunction? Myotonia or something? I've seen cats do this and they had a disorder called something like that; it's genetic so not contagious but can eventually progress to the point of impeding heart and lung function.
If I had to be a pig I would choose to be a Kune kune because I'd be cute. The slaughtered pigs must be thinking: What the fuck! This is discrimination!
I've recently done a study on Kune Kune behaviour and they are positivly the best pigs in the world! They always came up to greet me and give me kisses, they're the labradors of the pig world!

Not only Kune kunes but also all other piggies do this: they want to be scratched on their tummies! Tummy scratches are the best thing. :o)
