Falzar seems to be more docile then Gregar is. Gregar would just literally wipe out everything in his sight. Falzar just got caught up in Gregar's destructive path and that's probably why they were enemies. In the Cybeast Falzar game, they say Falzar was a program designed to get rid of Gregar gone wrong.

In the bn4 and 5 series, he was using all the souls that were spilt in blue moon/red sun and protoman/colonel respectively. Sure it goes further back, but u get the point lol. Gregar defeated Falzar, and then wily used trill to combine them, and he took over the new beast's body. While the new beast was wreaking havoc, Trill was on the way to being deleted.
