The Doors are together again, and I will be seeing them on Sept 27th. The lead singer from "Fuel" will be taking Jim's place.

lol!! believe me, we each have a good "cruise control" from playing so long with each other, getting drunk in bars, so we get by. but if i analyze my playing on that one, i would say that i was pretty sloppy, especially while sliding with the beer bottle, and most of the bendings are a little suspect... the other two are machines!! so i just have to lean on them...

i'm not a big Doors fan either; i mean i like some songs, but "Roadhouse Blues" is not one of them. but sometimes we change little bits here and there, improvising all the time. we do that to a lot of the songs we cover, so we don't get bored playing the same tunes, and it's keeping us on our toes musically...

...beside i was so drunk, we could have played all of Engelbert Humperdinck ( yup, i've checked the spelling!!) last CD for all i care, and would've loved it lol!!
