  • my fuckin ass probert wins he beat his ass bad

  • @gangster4021 You think this was a win for Anglestad? LOL. WOW.

  • When did this happen? at hockeydb.com, it never says that Mel played for Dallas.

  • @extrafrenulum 1999 IIRC. I actually worked with his mom at the time. It might have been pre-season, so doesn't show up at nhl.com et al. Mel basically begged Bob to go, he said come on, I've got one chance. Bob had of course nothing to prove, but gave Mel from Hell his shot. He did pretty good.

  • Sad day for hockey...RIP Bob, toughest the NHL has ever seen.

  • Probie with CLEAR WIN as he outlanded Angelstad and took over well at the end.

    Very good tilt.

  • It's Bob the Windsor drug smuggler Probert

  • this might actually be one of thee best hockey fights i have ever seen.

  • Mel Angelstad NHL history as the only guy to ever wear the #69 sweater

  • Id bet money that if you asked mel what the best moment of his career was, he would say getting to fight bob probert.

  • @Kainnmaul in an interview Angelstad said that it was an honor to fight Probie and that he was very very happy that he could do that

  • Not sure I had ever seen this one. The legend of Bob Probert grows. That was a great one.

  • mad mel. im surprised there arnt more vids of him on here..... he could always take a shot or two and deal em out. last i heard he was playing for the adelaide avalanche lol

  • HOLY SHIT!!!!!!

That shot at the end, was amazing.

Props to Anglestad for not going down though.

  • nice to see to you fight one of the kings...eh.

  • As usual, Probie gets the job done in the later rounds.

  • @reflectiveintrospect Agreed. So many people dis Probie for losing against fighter X or Y, but most of his "loses" were when the refs jumped in early. If they let it go to the later rounds, he usually came on and ended up blasting the guy.
