@florida0631 My friend, for my solution its ideal, such a small footprint for 6-40 mtr. with such good gain and f/b.
A quality log periodic for 6-40 will not be cheap either. Yes it is more vulnarable but it has a lot of advantages.
I live in a area with normal lightning and took some precautions, but a full blast will probably kill both.
Anyway it's nice that you have a choice I wish you lot's of DX with a logperiodic that will certainly also do the job. 73es Arbo PHØAS

i just got mine.... the video is very helpful to have a practical overview of many details that are hard to figure out on a written manual, thank you, i hope to hear you soon on the bands.

Nice install and antenna!
I have too small a lot for something this pretty...... but now you have no reason not to hear my measly dipole!
Hope you enjoy your antenna, I helped a friend install one and it is truly an awesome antenna!
