Thoroughly enjoyed this as classical/contemporary choreography to baroque music. Not sure why anyone would/could be confused about it. Thank you for posting!
All the stupid semi-literate literalists who proclaim this is not "baroque" baroque danse, why don't you just SHUT UP?? It's just a conceptual title, suggested by the music, to a piece of contemporary classical choreography.
Is that simple idea so very hard to grasp, RABBLE??
@AulicExclusiva Yeah, it actually kinda is. There are a good many shoddy reconstructions and misunderstandings when it come to period music and dance; and so it is really easy to believe that someone might think that this is actual baroque dance and mislabel it. There is nothing in the title or the notes to indicate that this is influenced/inspired by the Baroque or anything. The poster mislabeled it; either by not understanding what baroque dance is, or by not clearly communicating his purpose.
the coreography is so clasic not barroque. I found very "airosa" the girl and him "pantomimic" but maybe they are americans and you know they are not so informated of another times or cultures the rest is fine
i have exactly the same opinio that has Hermanopaz, "danse baroque", haha...it is not danse baroque, it is not baroque costumes, and it is not baroque sound, it is not correct play Bach music with a piano, if you want to see good baroque music and good baroque dancing, you must see all the videos of Mercuriuscompany
Baroque? nooo! that is not baroque ballet, but classical ballet. :S and... that's not a ballet tune but a prelude by Bach, and... the last thing... my Goooood!! Bach in piano is absolutely not baroque, it's like playing Mozart with electric guitars (absolutely out-of-time), if you'd like to see real baroque ballet search "mercuriuscompany"
@Eros, thank you. That was sweet. Regards to Aphrodite

It is not necessarily intended to be fully authentic. It could be a personal interpretation.
