Love this movie, it really picks me up. The realism & gritty of parts of Philly are great. The scene where Rocky gets oranges tossed to him are real, not staged. I was in the movie theater when this came out and I can tell you that people stood up & cheered. And Rocky went on to earn Oscars for Best Movie as well as Direction and script. Don't forget an imortant tip though: "You gotta have a manager!'

Well Rocky, Rocky 2, & Rocky Balboa are the best in the Franchise...but Part 3, 4, 5 they were terrible...three was only successful because of Mr.T and the scene with Hulk Hogan. But other than that...terrible! lol

And yes R3 had Hogan and Mr T which made it so marketable. But Balboa (06) was also so horribly overlooked and underrated.
