I like Daly's swing better but Holme's swing is alot shorter so it can be more consistent with Daly's long swing alot more can happen from the time he takes it back to where he hits the ball. Ofcourse he can use the swing because he is a pro and most likely practises alot but i would not advise the swing it to an amateure.

JDs swing wonderfully fluid and he hits it with GREAT timing...Just pure feel. Holmes swing looks stiff and rigid in comparison, but he hits it great anyway of course.

yes JB takes the club past parallel when you compare his swing to other tour pros. He just doesn't cock his wrist in the back swing but rather in the transition. I know it may not make sense but that basically whats going on.

I've just watched Andy Roddick's slow motion serve (top 3 in serve speed) and here's JB Holmes' swing (top 3 in driving distance) and both delay the wrist cock to the transition and still generate tremendous speed.
