Pajo was no use in this sort of straight rock band, obviously this music doesn't ask for for that many players, not too blame anyone but he wouldn't have stayed out or smartly not accepted to be in the band, I'm pretty sure they'd still be together today.

I believe iago is quoting (and laughing at) what Billy is saying at the end of the video). This is billy in Zwan referncing being in the Smashing Pumpkins and having a bunch of James Iha (SP's guitarist) guitar picks. And the guitarist wants them to make Zwan guitar picks so they don't have to play with SP picks.
