This was epic. I love how you would sometimes get into big city levels with lots of buildings. They always felt like I discovered something secret. And the feeling of accomplishment when you managed to land with lots of damage, just wow...

That game should be recreated in Playstation 3; Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii. It should be called Blue Max World War 1. That could be something different.

Why it should be something different? It was a product of it's time, I don't think anybody who didn't grew up with these games can possible understand the charm they still have.

this was the first game i played on my brandnew C64 on x-mas 1983 !

(and i still use the "pilot control" nowadays when i play fps or 3rd person shooter.^^)
