Funny how the spokepersons for the lfrv lifestyle...Durianrider and Freelea both take drugs (B-12 injections) and one has silicon and rubber in her body (breast implants). When I look at Doug Graham I see a premature aging person. When I see Lou I see vitality! Hell even Durianrider being the young guy he is...is aging rapidly.
Well its obvious Veggies are better as they have a lower GI and lead to less insulin release, however fruits are easier to eat and more to the liking of most people. I really hate vegetables but I know they are better. So they idea is then to find which fruits are low in GI
@brandonx19 That is the impression I am getting too. I wonder if Lou does any fasting anymore, or was he just doing it during that early healing he did in his 20's.
I agreed!! More vegetables than fruits is better. I'm 24 and people say I look 17-18.. I'm actually aging slowly since I started eating healthy 3-4 years ago.. and I became a vegan a year ago.
@brandonx19 LC has had botox, his teeth done, hair dyed and doesn't have kids or 1/10th the stress DG has lol!
Not to mention different genetics. Still, in a fitness test, DG would own LC any day of the week. ;) How many athletes follow LC's teachings? ZERO. That speaks volumes for us elite athletes.
@durianrider I must have hit a nerve as you resorted to lies to prove you nonexistent point. You don't know if Lou has had botox (which he hasn't) or had his hair dyed (which he hasn't). Most elite athletes are not low fat raw vegan...which according to your logic would mean your diet holds no weight. You and your crew are for the most part sub par athletes who takes drugs (B-12 injections) just to maintain!

Thats 1000-2000cals a day. At least 60% of calories coming from fat. No wonder LC doesnt have any raw athletes doing world class stunts on his high fat aka thick blood sludge programme. :(
@durianrider durianrider.. i am little puzzled by your comment.. did you hear him say hand full of sproated/germenated nuts occasionally? Th is not even close to the number of calories you said.. I don't think there is enough info to make a determination on daily quantity of calories in this clip. And he looks like he is in super good shape and health.
@upcycle My its my hearing. I heard LC say '1-2 cups of nuts/seeds a day, little bit of fruit and lots of greens...' Thats around 1000-2000cals a day for GROWN adults. Thats a starvation diet. Its MINIMUM 60% cals coming from fat. Thats dangerous.
LC looks in good health but obviously he doesnt eat just 1-2000cals a day lol!
@durianrider LC is about as vague as you get for OBJECTIVE nutritional guidelines in raw foods. Thats pretty poor coming from someone his age. This is the first video Ive seen him speak of how much one should eat. Ive looked and asked people but nobody actually knew. Sounds like LC doesnt even know himself lol!
@durianrider I think he not saying what right or wrong with what other people are doing. He speaking of his one personal path & sharing his experience & what he did and does. I honor that. & he looks virtually unchanged over the last 10 plus years.. when I first met him. & this may not be your path.. or maybe it may be or partially be in the future.. in any case.. I honor this voice sharing their experience. There r other videos of Lou Corona.. Dan The Man has several videos like this.
@hawaiiIivin Hey!! I had never so much truth in my entire life until I heard Lou Corona. I literally cried like a baby for maybe 15 minutes, I was just so blown away form his spiritual, and healthy style , amazing man!! Could you please tell me how I can also meet him, it would be so amazing. Thanks a lot brother!
@durianrider although i'm LFRV , what ever way folks agree to add more raw plant foods to their diet is a good thing . with that said , i'd really like to see how high fat ,low carb raw vegans perform
@NWforager How do high fat raw vegans perform? Just go to Tree of Life and hang out with the emotional freak outs that come out of their due to their glucose exhaustion. Getting em to do even a mile track effort would be asking too much.
@durianrider maybe its my bias ,but theres so many examples of thriving lo-fat ,hi-carbers with loads of power and energy . Life requires more than Lou's static handstands . Need to see more success stories with the hi-fat,lo-carb thing for it be credible . i know it can be used for initial weight loss, but maintaining a hi level of fitness and energy ?... .love to see it
@NWforager using fat for weight loss is like using fire to hydrate oneself lol! All LC's programme does is restrict calories and the person will lose some pounds but 1000% of the time end up binging on some nasty junk when their hunger gets the better of em.
Today I watched a raven sit next to a dog. The dog didnt care to much cos it was full of food and still eating otherwise that raven would be lunch lol! Bit like that bear lover guy. He got eaten up when the bears ran out of fish and berries
@durianrider we've seen folks use an atkins style diet with good calories to lose weight successfully , but for long term high fitness & energy it doesn't jive ,i'd say .
Yep ,cravings are a B*tch wen undercarbed . I can see myself eating crow too sometimes =) .

Lou Corona is older than Doug Graham, but looks a lot younger. All these high fruit eaters have theory, but no results. Lou Corona has the results.
