Basically it really is fake. For one the login stuff/logout stuff is Windows, he's using a program to skin the menus etc. There have been actual installs of the real OS X illegally hacked, but yeah this way is a good way to deceive friends.

u r right man. first it was normal Windows XP and after reboot OSx. but it isn't special any more i think and i've delited it because wlan wasn't running :(
there are implementations of OSX on x86 PC's. The hardware support isn't too good, and the kernal has to be very old in order to hack it. But it works in some computers.
i was like, WTF this sucks ass then it was really osx. never mind, good job!

Nice man! Iv been able to get Mac OSX to run on my AMD system (3500+,2gb ram, 6800GT) But the only thing I don't get out of it is 3D acceleration :(
