Basically, if you hear a noise from a fennec that a dog would make while sad, that probably means the fox is happy or excited. They're a lot more vocal than dogs, and have a much wider `vocabulary` as it were. They communicate less with their body and more with different sounds.
That entire display was a fennec asking his owner to go away because he wanted to sleep. He got frustrated at the end, which is why he freaked out. His owner wasn't listening.

coyotes make sounds that sound like they are being totured when they are happy or excited. i don't really buy into the animal would rather be in the wild alternately freezing starving attacked by predetors. Only big animals in small cages bother me. but these foxes are pampered and act like it.
I'm finding these foxes don't have the "same" body language and sounds as we are used to with dogs and cats. I even used to have a dog that would growl at me when I scratch and pet him, but he would get almost upset when I stop by nudging me to pet/scratch him some more. Some animals just make noises for the sake of it. Foxes are not dogs or cats, so we can't expect them to be like them.

That's true, but it also depends on the animal's personality, the rest of it's body language and the situation. Showing the belly is generally a sign of submission. Not that it's a bad thing, it's just to show respect of your rank, if they see you as "top dog", and trust. If they are scared/nervous, it's to show they are not intending to act aggressive to you, kind of like when someone puts their hands up when trying to avoid confrontation. But yea, some just want a petting :)

Its pretty clear to me that the fennec was sleeping the the owner woke it up to film it.
The Fennec was mad and whined about it. When they didn't leave he got up and screamed and charged at them to get them to leave. The Fennec didn't turn angry for no reason at the end he was angry the entire time.
Fennecs seem like they would be a handful to own. Every video I see they seem ultra temperamental and easy animals to stress out.
well if you did research they scream andsqueal and bite when they are very excited or happy, and maybe at the end he got a bit angry, but usually the ears fold right back.
It depends on where you live. Most places in the United States either won't allow them at all or will require the owner to have a license issued by the state to care for exotic pets.

Usually Fennec Fox's are very good with people and kids, never getting bitey (the main issue being trying to burrow through furniture). But as with any animal, some are more aggressive than others, or could have bad days.

Its pretty clear to me that the fennec was sleeping the the owner woke it up to film it.
The Fennec was mad and whined about it. When they didn't leave he got up and screamed and charged at them to get them to leave. The Fennec didn't turn angry for no reason at the end he was angry the entire time.
Fennecs seem like they would be a handful to own. Every video I see they seem ultra temperamental and easy animals to stress out.

well if you did research they scream andsqueal and bite when they are very excited or happy, and maybe at the end he got a bit angry, but usually the ears fold right back.

It depends on where you live. Most places in the United States either won't allow them at all or will require the owner to have a license issued by the state to care for exotic pets.

but in a few states, you can actually just keep them as pets. no license required, but if you want one you NEED to check up on this

GORGEOUS creature. Omfg. I've researched these things for the past few months (their diet, living conditions, etc) and i am ready to purchase one finally. I CANT WAIT. By far the most gorgeous creature ever created by God.

Usually Fennec Fox's are very good with people and kids, never getting bitey (the main issue being trying to burrow through furniture). But as with any animal, some are more aggressive than others, or could have bad days.
