I was talking with a friend of mine at the store and was pointing out a friend of his and I asked who and he said "that black guy there" and some PC woman came up to him and said "Excuse me, but the correct term is not Black"

She went up to the guy and pointed to us and said "He called you the N word" and he spent a good while trying to make her say it by saying "what n word?"

My idea of political correctness is most closely described by the Merriam definition which appears in this video - a type of speech that strives to be as less politically sensitive as possible, even if this has to be achieved at the cost of facts...for instance, an empirical evidence being suppressed because it's deemed unacceptable. It's objective reality that even if a minority has the same background as a white person that they have a lower chance of getting hired. Affirmative action tries to fix this, but it doesn't change the fact that minorities are worse off as a whole. Black males are also given harsher sentences than whites for committing the same crimes.

Also, do you honestly believe that someone's race influences his character in some way? That "being black" is what causes students to vandalize their schools?
