Who's idea was it to send an elite unit of combat soldiers into deal with this situation??? Paras are not right for this situation at all they are trained to kill the enemy, whoever they deem, or see that to be, of course regardless of that you never expect to see this level of murderous behavoir. Whoever made the decision to send paratroopers against civilians needs to be delt with.
