@SOULKINGSAMA92 Yeah Robin's past was pretty sad. Was probably the second saddest for me. It would have been first, but I think I was expecting too much out of it the way they kept hinting at it with the "I have a dark past" and mysterious disappearance and everything else. Chopper's was the saddest for me. It was a little clichéd like the Rudolph the Red-Nose Reindeer story, but he's just so cute and Hiriluk's speech was just epic.

Ironic that Robin and Nami, have both betrayed and left the crew at some point in time. Nami left to go to Arlong and deliver the money, and Robin "betrayed" the Straw Hats for the CP9 in order to save Luffy and the others. Both suffered a terrifying past during their childhood. They also suffered through the tyranny of the main villains from two arcs, Arlong and Spandam, and they both lost their mothers.

The Enies Lobby Arc has got to be my favorite arc because every Straw Hat pirate except Robin had something new. Luffy's Gear Second and Third, Zoro's Asura, Nami's Perfect Clima-Tact, Usopp's/Sogeking's slingshot Kabuto, Sanji's Diable Jambe, and Chopper's Monster Point.

@themrmustazz I think the characters' personal tragedies (and subsequent battles to come to terms with) 'humanizes' them, becoming a reference point to feel related to and even be inspired by. I find this very positive, as it really can encourage the viewer to get through their own hardships. Personally, it is the first anime I've seen portraying these feelings in such a powerful way.

Well, technically this Cue wasnt composed by Tanaka but by another composer named Kazuhiko Sawaguchi (the Score for the Sixth OP-Movie was a three-composer-job). But it is close enough to Tanakas Style and the Cue is awesome either way. :D
