It's actually very simple. Capo on 2nd fret (key of F#), main riff chords are:

dmin , E , dmin, E , amin, G , F , E

One of the guitars is playing an F in place of dmin, and they play amin and G as bar chords at the 5th and 3rd fret respectively.

Hardest part is the strumming, for me. Rasgueado I believe it's called.
