  • Sounds like you're still having fun with it! I'm rolling right along with you so keep up the great work!

  • Yeah, I'm still enjoying it. The resistance workouts are cool since 2 of them are different. But once you get to plyo for what feels like the hundredth time you are like, BLEH. Still, you know its working so you push through.

  • I agree with those one arm pushups. They are brutal. I couldn't get myself up once. Performing that is defintely going to be my goal for this phase.

    This week also took a bit of motivation to get into after the recovery week. But now, I am excited for next week to start my second of Phase 2.

  • Yeah, I am doing the one arms on my knees. I can do maybe 1 or 2 regular, but after that forget it. Those are the things that make you realize youve still got a LONG way to go. ;)
