I love this phone. I took a contract out with Orange with a Blackberry Bold. Didn't like it, so annoying. So I've put the phone back in the box and now using my HTC wildfire with the contract sim in it. So easy to use and good for texting and listening to music. Best phone i've ever had and I've had 16!!!

Can someone tell me how i can solve this problem? -- when i turn off my HTC Wildfire, i can't see if he is in standby mode or completely turned off. So when i don't pay attention of when i forget that i turned off my phone, and i press the on/off button again, my phone turns on again, and it takes a while. So my point is you can't see if this phone is turned off or in standby mode. Help?

@JoeCarswell I have this phone and it deletes an excess of over 120 messages on my phone in a matter of seconds. I guess it would depend on if they have another task or app running. If this is the case, there is an app called task killer for droid phones. You can get it and it can kill running tasks that use up memory and battery life and cause the phone to run slow, without deleting them.(: Hope this helps!

@JoeCarswell - The texting does NOT suck. And about being slow, your friend is just exaggerating. It is not slow, unless there are too many apps that are running simultaneously. For the weather widget, you definitely need internet connection.

You know the phone is good. You should consider buying it. :)

so that a lot of apps wont work.. buy a htc legend ^_^ i dont know if

the legend is more expensive, but its really worth it to buy a legend

instead of a wildfire..
