  • Nice music and dancing! I like the drums and rythms very much, as I like this kind of music in general. It has something, I don't know... deep. I think the people of those countrys should keep up their traditions. I'm a german woman, pure german and I wish we still would have such traditions. Go on guys and girls:)!!

  • @Amardeep661 - it would be wise of us to avoid words that can hurt other minds. Racial remarks are always harmful. If anyone believes that he/she belongs to/believes in a good religion they must abide by good practices.

  • Reema is a great artist. She is full of life. A very comely person .A pleasant person to watch.May Allah bless her !

  • boht khoob

  • Quality tune.

  • lol this is funny and catchy!

  • Music is not allowed in Islam. There is not a single verse in Koran. Muslims are not supposed to sing. Please stop it.

  • @vangavangavanga1Holy The ProphetSAW enjoyed when girls would sing songs & greet him back from trips or his friends , he never passed a hatefull comment on them. Ofcourse there was not many Indian or Pakistani Ghazal or Singer shows at that time. Not present was: Qiraat programs on Radio, TV, Loud speaker, Millions of Religious Books,Islamic News paper columns and Madrassas, Cars, planes, no modern medicines & hospitals. I know it's not easy the adopt but easy to bomb & kill right all humanity.

  • nice

  • the backup dancers are terribly out of synch....ugh...she did a very good job though

  • @rash9876 LOL it doesnt matter because even the people of Mecca believed in a pagan polythiestic religion like hinduism before Islam. Almost all the people of Sindh are now Muslims, so now you Indians should all become Muslims too because the very same people who created your pagan religion are now Muslims. And foreigners gave the name India to you while we Pakistanis chose the name Pakistan on our own for our own land and people. Now go bother someone else we Pakistanis dont like you indians.

  • Pakistan is a reality and it's here to stay.... anyone who has a problem with that can get out

  • why are some indians constantly butting into our business..... if u dnt like Pakistan may i ask wtf ur doing on our videos? fortunately there's only a small percentage of u who do that....the majority of indian ppl are kool

  • Sindh (a province of Pakistan and all of Sindh is in Pakistan) gave birth to the name Indus (this river originates in Tibet, China flows through disputed territory of Kashmir, and most of the river flows through Pakistan) and the name Indus gave birth to the name India. Indian people's identity is made possible because of Pakistan. Now go away indians we Pakistanis always wanted to get away from you ugly smelly indians.

  • @AwesomeTruth1982 First of all, 'Sindh' word came from the Sanskrit language & it means ocean. Secondly, official name of India is also 'Bharat'. Thirdly, when Greeks started calling Bharat as India(around 2400 years ago), at that time present day Pakistan(which is 63 years old) was integral part of India.

Also, Indus River runs a course through the Ladakh district of J&K(India) and then enters Pakistan.

  • @rash9876 All of Sindh is Pakistan almost all Sindhis are Muslims. Secondly the region of Pakistan(Sindh,Punjab,NWFP,Balochistan,GilgitBaltistan,FATA,Azad Kashmir)have been part of many Persian and Muslim empires that majority of India has never been part of. The only time Pakistan and India was one was during the Mughal Empire and during the British India Empire. Today's India is just as new as Pakistan. And J&K is disputed territory. Most of Indus flows through Pakistan and originates in China.

  • Before Islam all of Pakistan was part of the Indus Valley Civilization and Alexander the Great's empire which included only a small area of today's India.India's main river is the Ganges River. Pakistan's main river is the Indus River.Indians have their identity because of Pakistan, even the name of their religion, Hinduism, was based on the name of Indus that flows through Pakistan. The Indus River originates in Tibet,China goes through disputed territory of Kashmir most flows through Pakistan.

  • India kept the word "India" because they wanted to keep all the culture and history of the subcontinet. Pakistanis came up with a name on their own for their people and their country. To us Pakistanis, Indians are foreigners like everyone else, they need a valid passport and a valid visa to visit Pakistan like everyone else on planet earth.

  • And todays Republic of India was born in 1947. Before it was the British India empire that is no longer on earth. British India die din 1947 and two separate sovereign independent countries were born Pakistan and India.

  • @Ecka0007 Starting with 'American Indian', use of the term ‘Indian’ with ‘American’ originated with Christopher Columbus in around 1490s AD, who mistakenly thought that he had arrived in India( when he was actually arrived in America).

The term 'India' itself derived from the name of the Sindhu(Greek: Indus) River and has been in use in Greek since 400 BC.

The British came in India in around 1700 AD as traders. In 1947 AD, India was freed from the British(instead of being created).

  • @rash9876 All of Sindh is in Pakistan and most of the Indus River flows through Pakistan. It originates from Tibet, China. Stop destorting the name of a river for your identity. Theres a Nile River in Egypt, you dont hear the Egyptians calling themselves Nilians. Indians needed europeans to make a name for them and their country, Pakistanis themselves decided a name for their country and their people.

  • @Ecka0007 wt the heck is a pomii ....?! lol

  • Koelies

  • that is so cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @PunjabiGirl92 As I already mentioned you that the ancient Greeks referred to the Indians as Indoi( the people of the Indus) & India originated from it in around 4th century BC. Now tell me whether you would like to marry me.

  • @PunjabiGirl92 The official name of India is Bharat( after the name of Emperor Bharata, who ruled it thousands of years ago & named it Bharat). Also the emblem of the India is an adaptation of the Lion Capital of the Hindu Emperor Ashoka who ruled Bharat in around 250 BC.The term 'India' is derived from the name of the Sindhu( Indus River) and has been in use in Greek since 4th century BC.

In 1947, India was freed from the control of British rule & Pak was carved out of it.

  • @Truth1Teller dude ur right in what u say but come on there's no need for name calling... it just gives us a bad name...

  • @Truth1Teller I didn't know India was created by the british. Mughal sounds better than Indian. Now I won't get confused with the American Indians. Now that makes sense. I've just learnt something new in all my 42 years. Thanks

  • @Ecka0007 . Your welcome. dont fall for the indian propoganda and lies. the name india was coined together by the british and was used by british to describe geographic location of south asia... thats all.

in 1947 the republic of india was created from the british-indian empire, these indians decided to name their newly formed country as "india". indians always try their best to hide facts like this.

  • @Truth1Teller I'm of British decent, born in New Zealand but grew up in Australia. I/we were never taught this at school about other countries and their cultures. I'm teaching myself through the internet and have to find out answers for myself. The majority of New Zealand and Australians have issues with India (excuse me Maghal) my apologies. Some say because were white and you's are dark skinned I don't know but fuck the British...

  • @Truth1Teller my grand parents and there grand parents and so on, came out to New Zealand back in 1840 from Britian, lied and stole land of the native people (Maori's) by signing a treaty which the maori people didn't understand. The British lied and that is how they (white people) claimed New Zealand. In 1788 the British came to Australia with ships full of convicts, killed the men, women and children and stole their (aborigines) country. I'm glad they didn't to that with India (Maghal).

  • @Truth1Teller I use to have a flat mate from Pakistan that I use to live with and he was awesome. And he liked his cricket! ( I can't stand cricket) And liked to go night-clubbing. And liked to drink to get drunk and make a fool of himself but he was awesome to be friends with. He was abit of a casanova - but hey, he was a very fine looking lad and of cos he's gonna get any girl that he wants. He shared his culture background which I learnt from him and I shared my british background with him.

  • @Ecka0007 ughh i'm pakistani born in the UK and even i get confused with all this........ as far as i know pakistan is a mixture of present day north indian, punjabi, balochi, sindhi and pakhtun cultures... north indian culture is a mixture of mughal and other cultures which i dnt know much about .... it's confusing that's why the arguments start....but some indian ppl claim that we stole their culture... we didn't, we inherited it and it's rightfully ours...that's what i think n e way

  • guys stop screwing here I don't see any fucking difference between india and pakistan ..now stop crapping here and watch this wonderful talent

  • LOL at the the ppl sat there are they like judges on pakistani idol?

  • Soy de México pero como me gusta la música de Pakistán e Hindustán.

  • @EthanHart67 Lolll.... we tried that with polish music once it's funny lolz

  • @outsource7 Dont lie you stinkin hindu. This is a Pakistani song sang by Pakistani singer Naheed Akhter in 1976.

  • @middletech err... NO?!.... ffs WHY would they stone her on stage? just coz there's a few narrow minded fundamentalists out there it doesn't mean the ENTIRE muslim community or anyone from Pakistan thinks the same way... i find it hard to understand why u guys like to stereotype millions of people based on the negative actions of a small minority of people.... that's like me saying all Americans are fat who do nothing but eat fast food and drink beer all day

  • @sheru7mera7naam I agree with you to the fullest, but if you want people to take into consideration what your saying, maybe fix your grammar.

  • @iluvjacob526 I made several comments on this page so I don't know which one you're referring to. Tell me where I went wrong and I'll make the necessary adjustments.

Note: There is a difference between "your" and "you're". You gave good advice, but please ensure that your own sentences are grammatically correct as well.

  • @middletech

    This is pakistan not afghanistan....

  • @TheMTBGamer fair play m8 they am scum

  • great song.. the dancer is gorgeous!

  • @ChristianAllenIsCool I'm gonna have to agree, as much as I hate too. I believe a word is defined by it's use in communication, not by its dictionary definition. So yes, you are right. ._. but there are SO many other words

  • nice song:)

  • Unique & Unbetable

  • really very nice song , thanks for uploader.

  • A very nice song indeed by Naheed Akhtar and very well performed by Reema. Don't take away the credit. She is a very good performer.

  • I wish traditional things like this were more popular in the western world.

  • great song...one of the best..beautifully sung by naheed

  • Reema a nvr getting old Icon in Pak

  • unerzogen

  • @jabboking1 wer ist unerzogen

  • beautiful reema khan

  • this music is trippy

  • @MykeSoBe, more like moderate like egypt. Not so-called liberal like tunisa. Majority of pakistanis are moderate conservatives.

  • i love it

  • unfortunately pakistan is losing the stability and freedom through the extrimists Balooch and Pashtoon!

the song is nice and pakistan not as aa country but as a region has a long and beautiful culture!

  • @LoverToxic

hey maybe if the pak government took better care of the pashtun and balochi brothers and sisters then pakistan wouldnt be in this mess!

  • it sounds like indians music

  • Like Egypt & Tunisia. Its True it is a Muslim Country but as a Libral & Beautiful Culture.

  • @MykeSoBe That's the problem, the media never shows you the liberal and normal side of Pakistan. Other than the terrorism in the tribal areas, it is actually a beautiful and moderate place, Christians and Jews and even Hindus are allowed to worship their religion freely and are not classed as second class citizens. It's a liberal society, you should visit it sometime.

    Regards,

    A Pakistani.

  • WAH WAH yery good music

  • @kronlovespoetry - petrevon mickey is the name of the song - by shehryar Pakistani Queen

  • nice song

  • whats this song name?

  • Shehryar Pakistani, unfortuantely the early invaders of the subcontinent destroyed many hindu monuments...that is the story of invaders...alexander the great did the same in Persia.

  • Shehryar Pakistani, I totally agree with you.

The Mughal empire was rich and magnificent. Partly destroyed by their own infighting and then the arrival of the greedy and ruthless british. But most after the mughals adopted their culture..the pompous british even took after them in their Durbars. The legacy of the Mughals is magnificent, the subcontinent would have been alot poorer when it comes to monuments and food without them.

  • shes soo good for a panki! keep it up sweet checks

  • excellent song....great dance by the lead dancer....but i dnt no the backup dancers are not synching properly loll

i saw the original it's more power packed performance than this, but this is awesome 2...

  • Kavithait I respectfully disagree with you. You can clearly hear musical instruments like Tabla and Sittar in this song both were invented by Indian Muslims Tabla by Amir Khusrou and Sittar by (Sorry I forgot the name) both were Muslims.

  • but much of Pakistani culture, clothing, language, art is influenced by the Mughal empire simply because the Muslims in what is now Pakistan sided with the Mughals...while Sikhs and Hindus were enemies of the Mughals,,,,still you hindus/sikhs eat Mughal cuisine and wear Mughal clothes.

  • @ShehryarPakistani Then why do so many pakistani punjabis say that they kicked the mughals out of pakistan????????????? and they kicked pashtun ass?

  • @ShehryarPakistani Also mughals are NOT pakistanis..do u know where they are from??????

  • This is Mughal culture not indian culture. indian is a word that europeans created. The clothes she is wearing were from Mughal empire and the Mughal emperors used to be entertained with dances like these.

There were many civilizations and empires that influenced Pakistani culture, food, clothing, language, etc and also India like how Indus Valley Civilization was so different from Mughal Empire and so on.

  • @rash9876 Mughal emperors were Muslims, not like the 80% hindu population you have in india.

  • @loyalservantforAllah Well... interesting. All the movements and the style are derived from the Hindu religious tradition of dance.

  • @StephanusTacitus

Well don't be surprised. Pakistan has a melting pot of indo-iranian traditions.

  • @rencrow yes we are influenced by irani/turkic intruments, some cuisine, arts, and clothes which are influenced by arabic ones.
