does anyone happen to know if there is a diff between the prkzn t28 and t28d trojan? i know they have diff paint schemes but is there any diff in their components? hoping to get one but dont want to be let down in performance with the older version. thnx!
I've just gotten into RC flying, is there a relatively cheap electric plane you can recommend? I live in New Zealand, so that may restrict my options.
@Bonald1101 How cheap? Do you have a transmitter? My first plane was the Parkzone Super Cub, $159 US with transmitter. I've since upgraded it with ailerons, a big motor and six channel receiver. A friend just purchased the Hobbico Flyzone Super Cub which comes with a hotter motor and ailerons, it's $139, but you need to supply a receiver and radio. The Multiplex planes are also a good starting point, the Easy Star is a great first plane.
@DamonRosenthal I don't yet have a transmitter, I'm very new. However, is there a relatively cheap transmitter one can "Buddy Box" off? I don't yet know the price range, as my parents will probably buy.
Which plane do you think is better in quilty andd duribility the Parkzone P-51D BL BNF or the Trojan T-28D BNF? because i have read reviews and it says the trojan cant take landings and the front nose gear rips out and the P-51 rudder is extremely weak! Is that stuff true?
I fly what i can afford.which is glow and some electric.I have a avistar 46. and a t-28 trojan like yours and a scratch built dazzler.and a blade 400 soon.
Yea but thats the thing about parkzone thought.the airplanes they make arent meant to be flown every weekend.like the parkzone mustang the old version ive fixed it more than ive flown it.and with all the crap ive went through withn the t-28 its getting ridiculous.

I have this plane, but with a bigger motor. If you put a bigger motor in it, it will climb forever

Hey for all those with a t-28 like this one,be prepared to get a new motor in a year!mine went out as soon as the warranty is over.

1 year isn't bad for a plastic brushless 480. there are plenty of motor/esc upgrades that are great for less than $80
