Great job. I have a similar Acer laptop (a 4720z) but can't seem to get the keyboard or trackpad working at all. They work fine during install but while actually in Mac OS X they don't. I used iAtkos v7 and have tried installing a sorts of drivers from the installation menu to fix this but to no avail. Have any tips or suggestions? Thanks.

I have made Mac Apps, and put them for free download before, and they were all made on a PC... Think about that when you all talking crap many of the free programs Apple fans use were most likely made on a PC.

jfreak> the 4620z comes with a broadcom wifi card, which is supported. the 5620 as you may well know, comes with the 3945abg card, which is far from being supported. If you're willing to shell out $20 for a new card, then it'll work. I know about both the 4620z and the 5620 since I have both. hope this answers your question.

Mac OS 10.5 is meant to run on Intel Macs, which means after a couple of hacks, it will run on anything with an Intel processor. I'm not sure if it works with any AMD processors.

OS 10.4 and 10.5 are the OS's that are making the switch from ppc to intel, 10.4 was mostly run on ppc, and 10.5 is mostly run on intel. 10.6 is going to be intel only. just a 10.3 does not have a history of running on intel.

But I did get tiger 10.4.8 JAS to work perfectly on a DFI lan party 915GM I had laying around with a geforce 7800gt.

Even core video and dual head worked with little effort other then installing the Titian drivers.

I tried leo4all on an Acer 3100 but never got the wificard to work right it would detect after editing the kext but never turn on.

The lan worked right off the bat though video didn't.

I think the Atheros card was just different enough from an apple card the driver wouldn't work right.

actually scratch all of that. all i need working now is the gigabit LAN. and i got the headphone jack working!!! i really dont know how, it just started working? but the only thing angering me is that damn integrated gigabit LAN because the airport connections kinda suck.
