And it looks awesome which hels get in the zone. Doing ~ real life times with no driver aids,. Now will go back to Ferrari Virtual Academy since that is supremely realistic. I expect to do well. They aren't THAT different really. F1 2010 has races, tracks, awesome effects etc etc so overall it is a better game. But for raw realism FVA felt a little more real

i just played this game for like 30min and here is my opinion....this game suks massively in almost every department..physics are horrible,there is massive lag between my shifts and the actual time it takes for the car to shift,lag in the steering as well..the accelerarion is very different from the real thing or other mods.....graqphics are pretty bad ,even cranked out...wheel settings are very limited and for whatever reason i couldnt even get into the advanced wheel FFB settings...WHAT A DUD

Codemasters especially love their Lobby Systems these days.

If it had 24 Player Multiplayer, i'd be very excited.

But as it is, nobody can run a league for the game, because it's only 14.

So i'm only mildly excited, and only so I can see the weather effects and copy Korea to rFactor :P

looks like fun to me i dont know what your bitching about. Actually has a pit crew YAY and Qualifying which is about time a console friggin racing game actually had a full race weekend. Race 07 is awesome if you guys like realistic harcore pure racing with qualifying sessions and everything. Race 07 also has the F3000 series and masters the cars teh F1 drivers start in before they get into F1. Race 07 also has the World TOuring car championships and GT's and heaps of stuff. You should check it

I wonder if the codemasters style will suit F1 - they have a slightly surreal feel to their driving games - very hollywood - for dirt 2 that works perfectly for me and I love it - F1 though - that's where forza's strengths are - the realism of the handling makes for real engagement with the game - i have a feeling the experience might feel slightly distanced - that said codemasters are a hugely respectable compayn and from the vids i've seen regarding development they've gone for authenticity.

But with a different feel obviously- but the same level of diffilculty as grid and dirt in terms of handling and picking up the game quickly

@DarekC4TV it depends on what assistance you're talking about, you can turn the pit box stopping and the speed limiter in the pit to manual; but i have a feeling most people would probably, if you can, try to run the team/ other teams down, lol i might try it myself for jokes

PLUS.. look at the crew around the car. pit bord is infront. hands are above the wheels. Yes i like the fact the shadows of the pit crew pass over the wheels BUT they should be over the wheel anyway. the crew looks like its a few feet infront of the car.

That pit stop looked terrible! not only did all the crew stand "frozen" eg the pit bord man didnt run across the pit lane as per a real race,but they all had pointy sholders, elbow and knees. I hope this is a result of playing it on the lower specked xbox. All so is the front wing make of balsa wood because the way it looks as it went on its not a 3D wing. Codemasters are over hyping again! I just hope this was early coad as i'm REALLY looking forward to a new F1 game. Roll on EUROGAMER!
