  • does anyone just skip the lubing parts?

  • It would be kind of easier if you could operate the arm with your foot or something...

Hm, Time to see what I can do about that. =D

  • Nicely done... I'm gonna need a case feeder to keep up with that rate. Looks like you have nice routine there.

  • Dont start and stop with your strokes. I noticed you half stroking the press while setting bullets, and your powder measure moved twice for one case!

  • do u need to buy an attatchment for the powder attatchment and wats the model of yours?

  • While 705 rounds per hour sounds like an impressive number, I should point out that you're not factoring in the time it takes to reload the primer tube (every 100 loads), or the recommended periodic powder throw and cartridge dimension checks. Things can creep out of whack.

  • Why would you need case lube with 9mm? just buy carbide or titanium dies that don't need lube.

  • you don't.... but try it, you might like it.

  • What i dont get is how come some manufacturer doesnt re introduce the old STAR Progressive reloading presses and make it Universal so you can use modern 7/8-14 die sets...

  • wrong caliber, there is plenty of 9 mm out there, do you reload 380?

  • Comment removed

  • are you serious? is that all you do, watch vids on youtube and correct everyone's grammar and spelling?

lol amazing, some people don't have much to do with their time.

  • It's "Rhythm" and he's having a spelling issue not a grammar issue.

  • Does that thing come with some thin ti feed the rounds or do you have to seat all of them.

  • no you manualy seat the brass and rounds. the machine automatically take out the old prime, loads a new one, puts powder into the brass. You then load one bullet into the farest one on the line and your have a ready to fire bullet(the clinking sound at the end, when he lifts the handle all the way up, is the sound of the bullet dropping into the box with the white piece of paper).

  • I'm sadly reminded of how loose my bench is at home by watching this.

Looks like I'm going to a hardware store and building myself a transport-ready 300lb bench.

  • excuse my ignorance, but what is the purpose of the flex tubing at the bottom of the lever that feeds into what seems to a trash can? case de-luber?

  • The spent primers drop down the tube into the garbage.

  • good press i have owned one for 3 years loading 9mm and 45. i stay at the top longer to let the powder have more time to fall loading that fast is cool but i have found powder charges become inconsistent

  • Dillons powder bar avoids that problem

  • 4.5gr charges drop pretty quick. When I set the charge I run them just as fast.

When I load .223 I let it dwell longer, if you listen carefully you can actually hear it falling into the case.

  • If you either want a press with less capability or pay more money for one with the same capability.

  • thanks for your useful comment...

  • can you use rcbs dies in it?

  • yes, not a problem. my .380 dies are RCBS.

  • What is the initial cost to set up for one type of case?

  • Press......... $390

    Dies...........$30

    That is about it.

Now with the Get loaded program the first 1000bullets (jacketed) are FREE so you can take that off the top.

In the end I was actually PAID $11 for my LNL once I factored in the bullets!

  • Who does this "Get it loaded" program? Sound's awesome!

  • It is run by Hornady........

Go to their site and download the forms

Buy your press and or dies

    Submit the paperword and

    BINGO

    You are loading.

  • Very nice video. It looks like it primes at the bottom of the stroke.I'd never seen the LNL in action before.

  • How cost effective is reloading 9mm? That's the primary handgun round I shoot.

  • I load 9s for 8-9 cents per round using FMJ(harder to find good deals on bullets and primers now). WWB from walmart is 16-18 per round. I think I finally broke even with over 6000 rounds. I did shoot more though than normal.

  • how accurate and dependable is this machine.

Do you have to check and adjust often?

  • hows it shot

  • You need a steadier, more solid mounting surface. That alone would make it easier and faster....

  • Yup, Its kind of temporary, right now I don't have room for a real work bench to mount it to.

  • man you'd be cruzin' with a case feeder. I'd bet your probably a bit faster running larger calibers that are easier to manipulate by hand. 9mm trips up my fat fingers, so i actually get my best runs with 40 or 45.

unfortunately 44 is slow no matter how you cut it :)

    nice vid!

  • Yup, that is correct, the cartridge gets ejected, I put a case in that empty station and set a new bullet in the cartridge under the bullet seater station.

  • So, I get that there are different stations, but when a completely cartridge is ejected, what is it that you're doing? Putting in a new casing in the station that just ejected and placing the bullet in the station closest to you?
