Good question! it's the Taelon adjudicator Ho'Shin. I thoughbt this scene had some amazing artistic qaulity to it with the pan around.

I know the series very well still I do not recall him... Which ep? Now I'm curious.
It was an episode in season 4 where Zo'or is brought up on charges of cannabalism, and i proven falsely innocent.

By the way, I LOVE TAELONS! I think they are the best fictional extraterrestrial species ever made. So alien yet so human.
