Man tell me when slim arms heavy weights right? cause i did train with like weights i could do for like 6 months but now ive started with heavy weights smaller reps. and the last ones are really really really intense is that good? heavy weights to gain mass right?

Dom, this year I want to change up my workout week, last year i was working out 3 days a week, Chest/arms, Rest day....Back/Shoulders, rest day ....and Legs. This year my friend suggested a 5 day split, now I'm worried about "over training" and not getting enough rest inbetween workouts....whats your take, cheers in advance buddy and a happy new :)

@daredevildom I done this workout for about 8 months as mainly a fat loss program, coupled with 25 mins on bike in the morning and post workout. It worked wonders for me (-60lbs,obv diet was clean as well)but I didn't really gain any real size.Now i know is suppose to be hard/impossible to burn fat & gain lean mass because of the caloric intakes,now I have done my research about my OWN caloric needs to gain muscle and In your opinion will the muscle have enuff rest on a 5 split
