meat is an immedate source of proteins, not to mention tasty and satisfatory to us. the reason why they taste so good is because we need the nutrients from it to survive. to turn to some other sources of food would be rather difficult and less natural, since this isnt what mother nature intended on us to be.

Mother nature does NOT want you to kill and torture BILLIONS of animals for meat each year, while we do NOT "NEED" to kill and eat animals anymore. We do not live in caves anymore and the stone-age is over. Man is basically supposed to have a fruit/nuts-based diet due to his metabolism . Man was FORCED to eat meat right after the ice-age.Our closest relatives gorillas NEVER eat meat.

Do YOU have ANY idea how is the life of those chickens who're raised for meat who spend their entire life in a 1.2 meter cage? They never see sun during their entire life. They never breath fresh air. All they see is filthy dark cages .
Can you put yourself in the shoes on those fish who are suffocated before you eat them?! You obviously can't! Can you imagine how does it feel when your throat is cut? You just don't CARE right?! You just want your yummy burger and tasty stakes !

This channel is supposed to be for animal lovers, and now they have a video about how cool the meat and dairy industries are. These animals are all going to be mistreated, abused and slaughtered.
Actually he is right, animals are usually killed and eaten for pointless diet reasons, I prefer to eat humans, theres alot more of them and it solves the mass population problems,..
Well, people invest in industries that are expanding. It could be that there is money to be made in dairy farming, but current dairy farmers don't have enough money saved to expand themselves. And if they were to get themselves a loan and purchase the cows, while more profitable, would expose themselves to more risk [e.g. part of the new herd gets sick and dies, making it much harder to repay the loan.] Renting from investors transfers both some profit, but also some risk to the investors.
I think we can keep them for their milk only, and maybe keep the other small animals like sheep etc which are less conscious for their meat...
