This guy really needs to chill. It's obvious he doesn't play guitar. My guitar teacher told me yesterday to never be amazed at a guitarist's skills again. What he means is that he doesn't want me to think I can't play anything Satch can play, or what SHE can play. I just learned tapping yesterday and it's not NEARLY as hard as I though it would be. @sacreou dont get me wrong bare chords are usefull but not a way to be a famous guitarist. i pretty much like divebombs very seldom its not what she does its the fact that she portrys them as something that is an assest to being famous lol i play bluesy rock mtal classic rock , pretty much whatever metallica gnr whatever sounds good through an amp

@690169 compare beat it solo's between jen and ori (watch ori when she was actualy on stage with mj) And when I mentioned Jen, how long did it take for her after MJ to become great? And besides I don't think Ori is overated, shes getting recognition that is deserved really.

@690169 She's pretty damn good. It's not always about being the fastest or most technical. She's pretty damn fast, though and very technical. But, she's jammed with the best and Steve Vai seems to have a lot of respect for her. I think you're just jealous. That pop crap she's doing is forgettable, but smart. I underestimated her because of that. Then, I saw her solos and guitar work and that all changed.

@690169 you get to be one of the best not from skills but from changing the game. when someone like hendrix clapton or EVH take it to the next level kids that love them try to copy them, some stay satisfied knowing a few licks, some will memorize them all, still others go further to create new and exciting things that will inspire the next generation of players. compared to VIA or satch eddie's chops are lacking, but who will be remembered 20 years down the road

ibanez37 and Megadirt67 do not deserve thumbs down. Honesty should never be censored. They understand that you need to know music theory, as well as more applicable techniques in order to jam. Technically, the title of this video is misleading. She may have played with some greats, but being in the company of a genius does not make one a genius.
