@barbie062798 G'day Barbie - it's a great ride! We stayed at Columbia Falls and did the Going to the Sun Road the next day, staying at Missoula the next night. There is an awesome place to stay in the park itself - book early to get accommodation though (we missed out) - it's the Many Glacier Hotel. Going to the Sun Road will take you 5-6 hours. Try to do Lolo Pass between Missoula, MT and Boise ID if you're going that way - AWESOME ride. Good luck! Message me if you want more info! Jayne
@brianbaron1 - oh man, that sounds like you've got some good memories of that trip! I bet it's changed a lot? 1977 would have had less darn traffic and rubber-neckers? Good memories!
Cool video. I'm headed on a road trip next month. I'll be headed up the Pacific Coast Highway from San Diego to Canada on my Honda Shadow 750. I'm leaving june 16th.
@CJSNOWY G'day! It was part of a 5-day trip, about 2,500 miles. This ride was on day 3 - it's not a long road, but with all the tourists and traffic and road construction (yes, construction!), it takes about 5+ hours to cover the 50 miles on Going to the Sun Road. Best to get an early start like we did - we stayed at Columbia Falls, Montana and we just made Missoula, Montana that night after racing to beat a huge thunderstorm (almost, and I say ALMOST made it). Covered 4 states in this trip.
Great ride Jayne, we drove that rode in 07; this vid is a ripper! I will forward it also to Gai and Ang!
Good on ya cous!

The first time I rode to Glacier it was two up on a clapped out T350R Suzuki with bad crank seals. Man was that fun! 1977.
