Thank you dannyethridge. Yes I do use the theme. It does what it says it does. Support team has been marginal. I've only needed help with a Windows 7 issue and Firefox. The problem was most likely a Flash issue which got fixed by reinstalling Flash. I did not get a response from my help ticket, but found the solution on their forum. Best practice, combine with EVP. Your video is refreshing for marketers looking for additional information on JVPress. Just about all of the other videos are nothing but promos for the product.
