You are correct technically(but I'm not wrong again because this is was my 1st response) The group that hit the charts SNZ hit with Maxwell tunes and his concepts. That sound he started and when he left so did the sound and their charting... i toured with maxwell in 2000 tommaxwell com I'm in the photos 2nd singer from the right. I lived in Chapel Hill nc and know Tom Jimbo and Katherine. But what you are familiar with...he started. The lyrics are a parody of "Put A LId on It"

Thats Tom Maxwell who wrote the song and started the Squirrel Nut Zippers. Ken Mosher the original sax player is also performing

Wrong again. Maxwell didnt join the group until long after it had started. Jimbo and Katherine started the band. Keep trying though.
