  • @funfun223lol I started pouring the evaporated milk into the pot and realized the camera wasn't on, stopped, turned the camera on and continued :)

  • your boy is so cute ^.^ i almost want to adopt him LOL ^.^

  • Other videos say, 'condensed Milk' Which do I use? Evaporated Milk or Condensed Milk?

  • @SelLovesToVlog You want the kind without added sugar in it

  • @yoyomax12 Doesn't really answer my question.. do I use evaporated milk or condensed milk??

  • @SelLovesToVlog How about you read the recipe in the description box or watch the video

  • "Once it's all stirred up, and smooth..."--Eat it! :D

  • How long should i keep them in the refrigerator?

  • @Lilmisslillyiceburg An hour or two until firm, but it is probably better to store it in the fridge as the fudge is soft

  • I should stop watching these! I'm on a diet!

  • Im making this right now!! I was gonna go out and buy some fudge but this is way better!! Thanks alot yoyomax12! Please repliy!

  • I dont have vanilla extract. is that okay or will it effect the fudge?

  • I try this but my fudge is sticky and soft,, what will i do or remedy pls help!

  • I made fudge very similar to this to give away at Christmas. I used marshmallow fluff instead of marshmallows. I made chocolate fudge and I also made peanut butter fudge using peanut butter chips. It was delicious! I thought the peanut butter tasted a little bit better though :)

  • Type II diabetes here I come.

  • i dont think ive ever laughed so much! whats bright orange and sounds like a parrot....a carrot! hahahahaha! PLEASE make more jokes in your videos haha :D

  • mine was all gooey and thick is this normal!! you make it look so easy!!! :)

  • @daringdebbie00 It should firm up in the refrigerator after a couple of hours, but it is a soft fudge at room temperature. Next time try cooking it a couple of minutes longer

  • @yoyomax12 Thanks you make it look so easy!! but in the end it was ok yummy. it is so rich you only need one peice thanks for a lovely recipe ive nearly made all of them!!! ;)

  • :) i added candied cherries to the mixture and cut them with the heart shaped cookie cutter for valentine's. then made (as it were) truffles with the scraps :)

  • my birthday june17

  • @dancehyperness We're the same. :)

  • how long did this take to set? @yoyomax12

  • do i have to use chocolate and marshmellows or can i just make it plain

  • @missylissy32 There are white vanilla fudge recipes out there that you can use, just google them. This recipe needs the chocolate and marshmallows to set properly.

  • Please don't take this negatively, but why do you speed up the videos, and how?

  • @MegaCandygirlz People generally aren't interested in really long videos and I try to speed up the parts that may be boring to watch (like mixing). I used windows movie maker (editing program) and you can add effects like "speed up" to the video clips.

  • could we have lined the tray with baking paper?

  • @splash38704 yes!

  • I really enjoy your videos they're really useful, may i ask is white fine sugar the same as granulated sugar?

  • @ShinyInst yes

  • yay no oven needed!

  • Could I skip the vanilla extract?

  • can i use a normal milk ?

  • @Dro0okaChan No sorry, I tried and I failed. You can buy the milk she used at Walmart in the baking section where the flour sprinkles and icing is ^^ Hope this helps

  • @xMiyukiHanasukix Thank you so much ^_^

  • can i use normal sugar ?

  • @megashazlina This does use normal sugar.

  • im deciding to make simple fudge from scratch.

but the only thing i have is sweetened chocolate chips

even though the recipe calls for 3 ounces of

    unsweetened chocolate.

    would this still work?

also, how many chocolate chips are three ounces?

  • @LatteSmocha You could use the sweetened chips, they would be fine. Google your last question, that's what I'd have to do to answer it

  • best fudge is is the "fantasy fudge" on the back of the Kraft marshmallow fluff container!

  • lol this is 2 minute fudge

  • u no i sometimes just watch these for fun

  • Haha, is that your son at the end?

  • @cr1mec0mmit3r Yes :)

  • @yoyomax12 That kid is lucky to have a mom that bakes lots of goodies!

  • @yoyomax12 hi yoymax12, thanks for the video. i have a question tho. im making fudge, but im not sure which is a better topping: vanilla with chocolate rice krispies OR just rainbow sprinkles. ur the expert so i thought i would ask. thanks!

  • Marshmallows have gelatin...can i use anything else?

  • @criticalbuttons There are many different fudge recipes out there without marshmallows (some that only use chocolate and sweetened condensed milk, super easy) Just google "easy fudge" or "Eagle Brand Fudge" This recipe is "designed" with marshmallows (ie. quantities of other ingredients have been varied.

  • Thank you for this I have guests coming over in a half an hour and this is perfect thank you :)

  • how long will it take for it to set?

  • @BlackDove085 An hour or so in the fridge

  • UGH diets are hell

  • Indeed delicious...!

  • It is necesary to put the sugar?

  • @nenaermoza yes

  • can you put jetpuff marshmellow in a jar?

  • I just love me a good piece of fudge

  • Can you use just normal milk for

    This??

  • @MsYuqa no

  • Do you have to add the marshmallows?

  • im from europe! can u do a new recipe with "dl" instead of "cups" ?

  • @Mikkis2k just google dl converter :D

  • @Mikkis2k I will not be doing a new video on this, there are many conversions charts available, just print one out and keep it handy in the kitchen

  • @yoyomax12

ive tried it.. so gonna see how it turns out tomorrow :D

  • @Mikkis2k 1 cup = 2.5 dl

  • what if I have no evaporated milk?i live in latvia and i don't know what it means ;( can i use casual milk?or condensed?

  • @clickie1996 Evaporated milk is milk that has had some water removed to make it more concentrated. You could use cream instead

  • @yoyomax12 can i use dry milk that is used to feed kids?

  • @clickie1996 I've never made this recipe with anything else other than evaporated milk. I think you are better off finding another fudge recipe. There are some out there that use chocolate and sweetened condensed milk.

  • @yoyomax12 thank you :3 maybe evaporated milk is what i think of ^__^

  • is it ok if no vanila?

  • i just made this, they are fantastic and easy to make!! thank you yoyomax12!!!!

  • You are awesome!

  • yummmmmm!!!!

  • hi! i just made this .. i made 2 layers, one with regular chocolate chips & one with ghiradelli white chocolate chips.. then swirled them.... the chocolate chip layer is kinda crumblyyyyy & not smooth.... do u know what went wrong?

  • @licoricepirate Crumbly? hmmm not sure, sorry

  • @licoricepirate Next time use baking chocolate. Chocolate chips are made to retain their shape and that's why they don't melt very well and solidify crumbly

  • can I put less sugar in? or will that screw up the recipe lol

  • @wlover2468 It may not set properly with less sugar, if you try it let me know how it turned out

  • could I put it in silicone baking cups instead?

  • @waffleeater567 Yes!

  • i made it just now. not only was it easy but it tasted great warm. cant wait to indulge tomorrow!!!!

  • can i use normal milk instead of evaporated milk?

  • @Selena56Gomez Please read the comments below

  • you sound like ellen degenerous lol

  • Can you use regualr milk?

  • @XxThisTimexX no, not thick enough (whipping cream maybe?)

  • Can you use regular milk?

  • That is not 5 minutes

  • @nikkibany I think she fast forwarded a few parts? -_-

  • @nikkibany no, not thick enough (whipping cream maybe?)

  • Oh my god this taste so good ! thank you so much for sharing this !! :))

  • the best fudge ever is "fantasy fudge" on the back of the kraft marshmallow fluff jar.

  • can i use condesed milk instead???

  • @jahmasterawesome Too sweet and too thick for this, maybe use whipping cream?

  • @jahmasterawesome no they are actually very different. the consistency is totally different too. if you looked at sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk side by side you would be able to tell, condensed is sooo much more thicker and well condensed. hope this helped!

  • i have done it and my family loved it. it is my favorite fudge recipe :D

  • i made mine on thursday and its still very soft like its not done what do i do?

  • @purplerocks5527 if it hasn't set up after multiple days in the fridge, it's not going to set up. Your best bet is to use it as a chocolate sauce over ice cream or with sliced fruit as a dip. Did you use butter or margarine when you made it? Did you boil it at a rolling boil for at least 4 minutes? Did you use actual chocolate or chocolate-flavored coating?

  • @rachiti Excellent answer! Thank you

  • @purplerocks5527 Could be you didn't boil it long enough? Mine stayed fairly soft if out at room temperature

  • tooooo much sugar :O

  • @ethan844 It's fudge...of course it's half sugar :p Besides, unless you're diabetic sugar isn't evil...it just requires smaller portion sizes.

  • @rachiti Another great answer!! I should hire you to answer these, lol :)

    Thank you.

  • yuum im hungry now

  • may i know how long you refrigerate the chocolate? tks!

  • @angelfulgurl about an hour

  • @yoyomax12 12 mil calories?

  • Fudge! :D

  • why do we need cooking spray

  • @karmela39 To keep the fudge from sticking, you can use butter, margarine or oil as well

  • ZOMG! The sultan's prized dagger...HOW? How did you come to possess such a valuable item?!!!

  • i thought that would be only 5 mins but it takes time to set!

  • It looks yummy. :D

  • How much is evaporated milk? are universal measures? are 2 / 3 evaporated milk?

     How many ml?

  • @asiatunes Simple Google search "how many ml in 2/3 cup?) 158ml. You could easily have done the same thing

  • Made this, it didn't turn out as liquidy as yours, much harder actually. Still tasted good tho, the only difference is that I used some darker cut chocolate bars, and no vanilla. Any ideas why this might happen?

  • @langhalsen Sorry don't know for sure because I wasn't there to see. I have received all sorts of comments on this. Some people tell me their fudge was too soft, others say it was to hard. I think it may have something to do with the kind of chocolate and the time cooked and temperature that the mixture reached while cooking. That's just a guess though.

  • @langhalsen its probably because you used dark chocolate

  • i might make this on new years

  • how sweet is it? i'm planning to leave out the granulated sugar.. Thanks!

  • @iezchan You can't leave out the sugar, fudge is basically sugar. You will have chocolate with marshmallow in it without the sugar.

  • PLEASE ANSWER BACK!!! do you need the marshmellows???!?!?!

  • @SuperCuteface In this recipe yes, there are other recipes out there that don't use them.

  • Hey! Um how long we must put in the frige?

  • @dladee Why do you say "Um" before asking a question? 1-2 hours in the fridge should be fine.

    You are welcome

  • Hey! Reply this! What chocolate did you use?

  • @dladee semi sweet chocolate chips

  • Is it ok to use coarse sugar?

  • @TheHk145 Never tried it with coarse sugar, should be okay though

  • thicker that what i thought :) thanx yoyo :)

  • dont know man my first time fudge turned in to ice cream heheh:) i used noraml milk big mistake it comes out waterley what is evaporated milk ? is that like whips cream or something ?

  • @OUWATZAHLE08 Evaporated milk, is just that, milk that has had some of the water evaporated from it so that it is thicker and more concentrated.

  • I think mine did not cook long enough as it was gritty

  • looks yumy!!!!!

  • what is with americans and nuts in recipes? XD

  • @swindle2345 I am Canadian. I also didn't put any nuts in this. Many culture and countries use nuts in cooking.

  • @yoyomax12 im irish and yes we use nuts but not all the time. i was looking at cooking videos and in like 90% of the american ones include nuts XD

  • Please help, I have tried 3 batches using this recipe and it is always EXTREMELY thicker than yours after i mix in the choc and marshmallows. What am I doing wrong?

  • @pozativenrgy Maybe you are cooking things too long? Set a timer so that you only boil it for four minutes exactly.

  • is it possible to melt the marshmallows if you take the pot away from the heat?:O

  • @heartbreakingjk I actually show it in the video, happening right before your eyes. Boiling hot sugar takes a long time to cool and marshmallows melt very easily.
