yes they did vote for the war resolution. But they did not officialy declare war. But they did vote for the authorization to attack iran (which was really like a declaration of war).

Rethink how you do your tags. Tags are the primary way people find videos through the search page. "Phil Donahue" isn't in your tags yet many meaningless words are. (I would also suggest including the name of PD's film in the description and the tags.)
