Just saw him in concert tonight at the Nice Jazz Festival. His stage presence needs working on, but he sounded great. I'd never heard of him before tonight. I'll definitely be looking out for him.

Yes, and the arrow brings him to the sea, where he lays down and see the sun go down and enjoy the water touching his feets.

It might happen the arrow shows him a right path, namely to the sea. where he find himself more relaxed than in the shadow of drugs.

So this whole video could be about a life expirience which is affected by "drug addicted life" to a "real peacful life".

If the arrows in this video represent all the choices you can make, than here is something from my perspective. Perhaps when he falls asleep on the shadow, it represents someone turning to drugs, because although he feels relaxed and secure on the shadow, falling asleep, its all an illusion, and eventually he will fall through because that security really isn't there.

And then the arrow that catches him, would be someone in his life that is looking out for him, and saves him from falling to low. I have no idea if that was his intention in the video but that's the first thing I imagined.
