Best places for max Cecil levels are:

1. Tower of Zot (marion and puppets, wipe party except Cecil, kill puppets over and over for mega lvls)

2. Inside the Giant (same thing, summoner can recall monsters quickly, after blasting them lots, kill party and let Cecil get mega levels)

@Disembob Yer right of course. I just died a few times there. Also, you can drag along /w Tellah, the twins, and yang/cid for a while, but they aren't lasting ending chars. I say Zot b/c you get Kain and Rosa RIIIGHT after puppet bashing.

New party members get the exp lvl of Cecil's current lvl as they join, btw. ;)
